The high-gloss seamless injection molding technology uses a special quick-cooling speed thermal temperature control device to solve both problems at the same time. It utilizes steam generated by a steam oven or high-temperature water and cooling water to control the temperature of the mold during a molding cycle by rapid exchange, thereby enabling the advantages of both methods to be utilized.

First, before the injection, high-temperature water or steam is introduced into the mold (for example, the temperature is 150 ° C), so that the temperature of the mold reaches a viscous temperature exceeding the thermal deformation of the resin, and then the molten resin is injected, so that the temperature of the front end of the material can be maintained. In the viscous flow state, a molded article having no surface (melt line) and good surface quality are formed. After the injection of the molten resin is completed, the cooling process is started. Cooling water is used to rapidly lower the temperature of the mold below the temperature at which the resin is thermally deformed (e.g., 40 ° C). In this way, the molding cycle can be shortened by speeding up the curing speed of the resin, and problems such as warpage and sagging can be solved.

High-gloss non-marking injection can eliminate the surface melting, splicing, corrugation and silver thread on the surface of the product, completely solve the surface shrinkage phenomenon of the plastic product, and make the surface smoothness of the product reach the mirror level, almost completely reproduce the surface state of the mold, and achieve no trace. Effect.
